Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Js Way Apartments website and any booking you make through it. By browsing the site or submitting a booking, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site to make a booking.

1. Bookings

A booking request is only confirmed once we've accepted it, either automatically (an online payment goes through) or after we call to confirm a pay-on-arrival request. An unconfirmed pay-on-arrival request is automatically released if we can't reach you within 24 hours, and the dates become available to other guests again.

All prices are quoted in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS). Amounts shown in another currency elsewhere on the site are for reference only. You're always charged in GHS.

2. Payments

Online payments are processed by Paystack; we never see or store your card or mobile money details ourselves. Where an online payment is made, a service charge covering the payment processor's fee is added on top and shown separately before you pay.

You can also choose to pay on arrival (cash or POS), where available. Some locations require a small booking fee, paid online, to hold a pay-on-arrival request while we confirm it by phone.

3. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation terms vary by apartment and are shown before you book. See our house rules & cancellation policy and refund policy for details.

4. Your responsibilities as a guest

• Provide accurate name, phone number, and (if given) email when booking.
• Bring a valid ID at check-in.
• Follow the apartment's house rules and respect the property and its neighbors.
• Pay for any damage caused during your stay beyond normal wear and tear.

5. Our liability

We take reasonable care to keep listing information accurate and apartments in the condition described, but we're not liable for issues outside our reasonable control (e.g. utility outages, events beyond our control) or for loss of personal belongings during your stay.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
