House rules
No smoking indoors.
No parties or events.
No pets.
No noise.
Guests are responsible for any damage during their stay.
Cancellation & payments
You can cancel any time before check-in. Each apartment has its own cancellation policy, shown when you book, which determines whether a refund is owed:
Flexible: Refund of anything paid beyond the deposit if you cancel at least 1 day before check-in.
Moderate: Refund of anything paid beyond the deposit if you cancel at least 5 days before check-in.
Strict: Refund of anything paid beyond the deposit if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
The deposit (one night's cost) is never refundable, no matter when you cancel. Only amounts paid beyond that follow the policy above.
Cancelling after a policy's cutoff means any payment already made is non-refundable.
The remaining balance is paid on arrival, unless paid in full online.
